I ended up sleeping in N's room last night. His cough and snobbly nose is terrible. Poor thing was having a horrible time staying asleep. But once I resigned to stay there he was able to stay asleep.
I have decided to add whole wheat bread for fiber and it seems to be improving my digestive flow. It has also improved household moral at lunch time.
I have been putting off eating breakfast until 10 and that is working well.
I drink collagen with salted honey "tea" at bed and it helps with the quality of sleep, I am hoping this makes up for the quantity.
