Well That Won't Work!

Last week I posted about trying Herbalife shakes. While they're super tasty, it turns out that they aren't going to work for me.
Unfortunately, I'm again having a problem processing protein. This isn't the first time this has been a problem for me. This is also probably why I end up starving each afternoon.
New plan: Try packing some snacks that have protein, just lower amounts, for when I get hungry. I bought some bars from Trader Joe's yesterday for my husband that have some protein, low carbs, and low sugars. Maybe I'll take one of those tomorrow and give them a try to see how they go.
My regular go-to is fruit, but I eat a lot of it so that ends up being a lot of sugar, and sometimes a lot of carbs as well. I don't want to have too much of it, so we'll try this out and see how it goes.
