Strictly Exercise

I'm just blogging about exercise. I have been doing the Leslie Sansone Walk Away the Pounds workouts to get back into the groove again. Today I am going to do a ST workout from the XTRMAX. I am loving including the weight resistance training. I also know as I get older I need to do it. I could be 175lbs and run everyday starving myself like I did a few years back. I would prefer not to do that.

    I like Leslie. Also, I'm adding more ST. I hate these arms that look like my Grandmother's. I loved her, but I don't want to have her arms. I could take off like dumbo with these wings.
