I have been struggleing lately. I want to drop about 30 pounds. Just to get where I was. So I took pictues first two are almost 2 months ago,last two are of yesterday. I may not see my #'s go down fast but I do see changes. My body is changeing and O need to keep that in my mind. I need to kerp on track and not eat things I shouldn't. They will not help no mayter how stressed I am.
