BLC Week 2 - BLC Week 3

Said goodbye to .4 of a pound in week 2. I'm happy with that since I stayed within my calorie and nutrition range and followed my exercise program. Meditated daily but didn't do as much yoga as I wanted. For week 3 I am raising my calorie intake to 1500 - 2000 and adding a walking program. Congrats to all those who lost weight/maintained and hang in there to those who gained. We're in this together.
