Continuing on with the Challenge - in my way.

Today - planning my food and it's an issue because I have an all-school staff meeting from 4:30 - 6:00 - this is our once-a-month late day.

Breakfast: My pumpkin apple pancakes with nonfat greek yogurt, plums and pecans
Lunch: Ham and jarls lite sandwich, cherry tomatoes, plums
Snack: pumpkin apple muffin and laughing cow light
Dinner: pea soup with ham, tortilla chips
Snack: toast with peanut butter and laughing cow light

It's not my healthiest day by a long shot, but given how crazy/busy I'm going to be, it's practical and will keep me full. Tomorrow I can add in my usual freggies.
