Sugar Blues Day 3

Again, I'm grateful for the comments, suggestions, commiseration.
Got through yesterday just fine. Actually had one of my apple-blueberry power muffins instead of the toast. They are less than .5 tsp maple syrup per muffin as the sweetener and they're whole grain, high protein, and chock full of fruit, so that was a good choice.
Today I had a wonderful day, but am hungry now and had a good, healthy dinner. Today's challenge on the Sugar Challenge was a reward every time I overcome a craving. So... my reward is going to be getting off the computer and reading a book while taking a bath... that should be satisfying and relaxing and food in the tub would be just plain gross...
Another thing I noticed - I had more strength when I worked out this a.m. I think I have an almost immediate reaction to getting sugar out.
