So, after my great intentions, I did NOT have a great day.
Today, however, I did.
I subbed meditation and some brief exercise for cravings and have had a healthy eating day. After dinner is my worst time, usually, and tonight I have a plan in place - a slice of whole grain toast with peanut butter.
