I am aiming for 9000 steps to-day--
I heard on CBC radio, that the average Canadian only does 3000 steps in their day--some only 2000--That is without trying to exercise!
This Doctor said, that to be healthier, one must aim for at least 9000 steps daily!
He also said, in the "olden days"---all people did at least that much, with their chores--perhaps walking to the next farm or to town--Cars to-day, as we all know, are easy to climb into--
I know, with my sciatica, it stays pretty much at bay, as long as I move--
Lord love a Duck--I must find time to try for that 9000 mark!

I must make time for me! -----
--which is not easy with an Himself who watches tennis 24/7-----2 Germans chomping at the bit to be with me---the housework--but--(Lord love a Duck-----there is that big "butt")---
Aren't I important too?--
(There is a lot of dog hair floating by me as I type!)

I shudda been Queen Elizabeth--or--maybe that Unicorn!
