Goals for September 2017

The following are my goals for September:

1. Take it One Day at a Time/One pound at a time!
2. Log all food and exercise and stay in nutritional standards
3. Keep drinking that water
4. Avoid foods with lots of sodium and sugar/bad carbs
5. Keep moving everyday (lots of small moves = big changes)
6. Stay positive
7. Keep learning about nutrition
8. Read food labels (so educational)
9. Portion control
10. Find ways to make favorite recipes more healthy
