Still losing

Since May 9th, when I started my weight loss journey, I've lost 49 lbs. I began SparkPeople 3 weeks later and I believe it's been the help I needed to stay focused. Obstacles and distractions are everywhere, but even when I couldn't focus on everything I could log my food and water to stay without those goals. I haven't purposely exercised in weeks due to closing my business and moving everything to our home. But packing and moving are exercise of a sort, even if not able to be logged. My next 2 goals are now within reach. I'm 1 lb away from 50 lbs lost and 10 lbs from below 200 lbs. Can't stop movin and steppin now!
