Well, it's been a busy old year so far
I had to move suddenly as my rented flat was being sold back in March - am now almost properly settled in a lovely new place with lots of airy sunshine, which is good for my SADs... just got to get the decorating finished off in time for Christmas, which is a lot closer than it feels!
Then as if I wasn't busy enough I got a new job at the beginning of May!
So what with one thing and another exercise and crafting have taken rather a back seat! Healthy eating is up and down. Up because my new corner shop is Aldi, so I have been able to buy lovely fresh food by nipping cross the road a couple of times a week. Down because my new job involves travelling sometimes and I've used that as an excuse to eat carby naughties!
I am blessed to have lovely friends who care about and support me... one is keen to get me cycling and walking and is now planning mini jaunts, the second is taking me roller skating next week!
So all I have to do, is to do my part by eating more healthily and joining in their lovely plans for me
Finally... at last my flat is at last tidy enough that I can get my head round crafting so this weekend I cracked on with a needle felted rooster for my lovely Aunt and painted and decoupaged some cardboard boxes and suitcases for storage on the top of my wardrobe
TIme to re-start my gratitude & small wins journal
