On to week 2..

So, week 1 was pretty bad. I didn't have a single day where I was 100% on plan. I winded up gaining almost a pound. I reset my goals today so that I could start fresh on week 2. Week 1 wasn't a total bust though. I did do some exercising which I hadn't done and didn't even think I was capable of doing in such a long time. Also, I learned that I need to be prepared with my foods so as not to give myself an excuse to fail. Here's to a more successful week ahead!
