I cant sleep today has been a bad day very blah. i have this thing were for a few months i work on my workouts then and in food. i get very disappointed if I'm not burning more then i eat. so for now I'm exercising and when i have enough workouts behind my belt i will add food. i have some recipes and i also have a hard time because i have diabetic so i cant eat the normal foods. i am looking for new ways to spice up the exercises on here but i mostly walk.
