Weekly to do list from 8/24-2/31.

NOT IN THIS ORDER:
1} Walk the dogs {At least 4 times a week}
2} Go shopping {Walk or use a motorized chair}
3} Clean house {Anything that needs to be done including laundry}
4} go on afternoon walk {6 Times a week}
5} Make a healthy shopping list {Don't buy if its not on the list}
6} Do sp everyday {1-4 Times a day}
7} Do stretching videos {4-5 times a week}
8} Watch less t.v. {Included but not limited to Netflix and amazon prime NO MORE THAN 4 HOURS A DAY} It will be hard but i can do it.
9} Wear my step counter everyday {DO NOT forget to take it out of sleep mode LOL}
10} When bored walk do not eat or smoke.



Did 78 minutes of house cleaning and burned 814 calories so far.
I wear my tracker everyday
i have barely watched any t.v.
I went shopping and walked to whole time.
Going to work on some house cleaning and laundry today
I made my shopping list will do my shopping on Monday
did some housecleaning
Wore my step counter all day {I am kinda getting use to it}

    i am going good i try and do 2 or 3 things on my list a day. on top of exercise. but i am using my tracker everyday so that's a plus.
