Fresh New Start (on my birthday) with brand-new, "Day One" stats!

Happy Friday everyone!

So yeah, I'm back. I plan to be completely honest. I will start a daily journal (offline) and will attempt to post here at least once per week. My new "Day One" is August 18th, 2017 (I just turned 59!) and I plan to make the most of this final year before age 60. Here are my stats:

Lbs. Fat: 64.7 (!)

Not-so-great, but there it is. I plan to post new stats and progress related to total and fat pounds and percent lost each week after my Friday weigh-in). On the plus side, at least my blood pressure and heart rate are good (118/74, HR 65 - AFTER coffee!) and I am still on absolutely NO prescriptions whatsoever. I have also completely cut out alcoholic beverages..ahem...again! (I will keep on trying until I get it right!)

Here we go again! I will do my best to remain positive and focused at all times. Tomorrow I will be having dinner with my son and his girlfriend. I am really looking forward to that!
