12 weeks until I turn 40!!

I plan to be close to 165 by Nov 9th. This is my goal! I have written it down, and I'm going to make the big 4-0 look good on me!
Plan added: No snacking (I don't eat alot, I just eat a lot of snacks. My downfall) more exercise. Cheat day on Wednesday's after weigh in.
I love my little cheat day. Example: I'll crave chips and dip, but I won't eat it and I'll save until my cheat day but by then the craving will be gone.
