I have done very well with weight loss and with maintenance, but I recently put on weight and want to curb it before it becomes a problem I cannot handle. So, barely hanging onto Onederland, I begin again. I have been fooling myself that I can do it without tracking, and I have been failing. When I guess, I overeat, so it is back to the tedium of tracking, a tedium that will be rewarded with success I do no experience without it.
I would love to lose 39 pounds, but I will be content to lose 24 pounds.
So here goes.
