It looks like I only ever get on here about once a year now... lol. I am actually here more than that, sometimes I do get the notifications when friends post new blogs and I get to read them. I don't track here as much these days, the ads and things on the mobile tracker are vexing so I have switched to another app.
Neither losing or gaining this past year, I took some time to focus on getting anemia under control and moving to more healthy food choices for me. I finished Ayurvedic Yoga Specialist training this spring so now I have a lot of good Ayurvedic information about nutrition for various body types to draw upon.
I am still teaching yoga and barre. The studio in town closed; the non-yoga teacher owner got bored with running it and gave up (HA). So I opened a studio on my own for the students in town. I am also teaching a couple other places, so really busy this year, too.
I have been trying to ease back into weight loss again for about the past month. I am doing a modified LCHF plan, no grains or sugars. which as it happens is ideal for my Ayurvedic type. I have been feeling really good in it so far, fingers crossed!
My own yoga practice is pretty shaky. I have this beautiful space but rarely take the time to use it myself, aside from some meditation. I stay flexible and strong because I am moving around and demo-ing poses in the classes, especiallyt barre, but it's not the same as my own practice. So that's another goal for this next year.
