Well, it seems when hubby is gone I do so much better with my weight goals. So...guess I will rethink how WE eat. I will do less potatoes, rice, noodles, etc and more veggies for him also.
If I continue this way I will make goal of 180.0 by December 31, 2017. We will be traveling so have to see how that works out for me.
