When you make the effort and it doesn't show

Not only does it not show, but the scale moves in the wrong direction. This happened to me today. It's ok. I pretty sure I know what happened. Too many carbs, too much sodium, and I'm a bit constipated. It all adds up.
I purchased a used, Marcy bike at my local thrift store this week. They normally go for $150.00 but I picked this one up for $20.00. I know have a complete home gym. I have dumbbells, a kettle bell, and a weight bar. That is all you need for a full body workout.
Right now I am drinking Smooth Move tea and a large glass of water.
I have worked out consistently for 2 weeks now and I'm not going to let that number I saw on the scale this morning make me panic and give up.
