Water weight gain - UGH!

So, just before the 4th, I got my period, and was horrified at the FIVE extra pounds that jumped on the scale with me!!! Thankfully, once my period was over, I was back down to the 168 I was prior to that.
Really gotta get back into the groove of exercise. There's no way 2 days a week is enough. We're going on vacation this week, so hopefully all the swimming and walking will help to kickstart my willpower.
