A Week Going Nowhere

Saturday, July 08, 2017

One of those downer weeks:

Our wanna’be setting chicken pecked my hand so hard, I got bruised. Get your hand out from under me! No eggs leave!

I hooked my arm on our chicks’ pen, big Band-Aid time.

Our dogs won’t use the garage dog door since we installed a temporary wheelchair ramp. My bride is recovering from a severe foot injury.

One dog wants to eat the chicks, so they are double caged. It’s a killer Pug, can you believe it?

I dropped so much weight 2 weeks ago in my week to week check, it scared me. Last week I upped my intake to the top side of Spark’s recommendation.

My step count is down as I take care of my bride and the house/pet demands of 2 people.
So-o-o, last week went nowhere weight or aerobic-wise. My weekly weigh-in is the same, actually up a couple tenths. My venture to 199 and beyond continues. This week will be better.

His friend had a hard time shoveling it up and throwing it in the wooded area behind the house. he called my husband and said man your wife was not joking I was almost afraid of the huge thing. lol
