Day One - Again

Monday, June 26, 2017

Hit my protein goal. Went a bit high on the calories but as lunch was a large order of McDonald's fries (bad planning) that is acceptable to me (it was like 10 calories over). Meds taken. Need to get in a good bit more water before the end of the night.

Spokenword asked about the Shakespeare project. I am helping start a new theater company in Arlington. Arlington Community Theater. We are mounting Much Ado About Nothing on August 12-13 and 19-20 in the park in Arlington. More details to follow. I'm the Assistant Stage Manager and Volunteer Coordinator. (Daughter is the Stage Manager and in the show) I'll send a message to the Memphis Team board as we get closer to time.

This project means I will need to be more careful with planning and such because BUSY for me is not always a good thing. Started off the rails this last time when I had too many irons in the fire...a show, a design competition, daughter in a different show, lost the dog...boop right on over that edge. So the goal is not to let things get to crazy. THIS is the ONE project for the summer.
