Resuming Tracking in Earnest Monday 6/26/17

I am one of those annoying people that has to start things on Monday. Don't ask me why...I don't know. I just know that it doesn't work for me if I try it any other way. So while I know roughly what I ate today I only tracked dinner since this happens to be when I got online and I will resume tracking with Breakfast in the morning. I am particularly interested in seeing what I can do about hitting my protein goals now that fish is back on the menu. (I was full vegetarian for the last nearly 4 years) I have reason to believe that upping my protein to the minimum recommended levels at least will be helpful in a number of ways. I walked today. Not far. Not fast. But I walked. The park where we are performing Shakespeare at the end of August has an exercise trail that I am going to take advantage of as we are rehearsing there for the next several weeks. One habit at a time.
