I Lost My MoJo

What do you do when you lose your motivation? I started off with a bang this morning. Had to leave the house for a meeting and bam-When I got home, I have completely "vegged" out. I started to beat myself up and then I realized I was really sabotaging myself. Instead of beating myself up, I realized this was 1 day, I have not failed, I will not use today as an excuse for not exercising tomorrow. On the positive, I have maintained my portion control/calorie count. One day does not mean I have failed, it is one day, it is keeping everything in perspective, it is realizing that it admitting I didn't do my best today, but will not deter my journey to health-health and fitness is not a one day thing, it is a lifestyle, it has a few down days, but not letting those down days lead up back to old habits. Take the off day, get back on track the next morning. I can do this, one day does not define me or deter me from my goal. One day, is one day, 1- 24 hour period. I will put it behind me, I will focus on my successes, I will focus on meeting my next goal. "I will rejoice in the day that the Lord has made & be glad in it."
