just clearing my head

So many things going on at one time. I am stuck in a plateau, mostly of my own making. So I took advantage of a free meeting with a nutritionist today, and we have a goal set for carbs and protein, calorie range and upping my water from 64 to 80 ounces. I will never stop peeing. I also have a new fitbit that will vibrate on my arm every hour that I am inactive. Not going to lie, on my days off it vibrates alot. But, since my days off will be few and far between starting next week, I am hoping to use the opportunity to up my exercise.
Goal 1- 80 ounces of water a day
Goal 2- Workout 5x a week to keep my sanity, and bust the plateau
Goal 3- Better diet so I consistently feel better, without the overstuffing like happened yesterday.

These should be attainable goals, and my daughter and I are going to do a 5lb challenge for the month of July. She and I are fitbit friends, so maybe that will be the motivation we both need to get off our plateaus.
