Starting week 3 back on track.

In my first 2 weeks I lost 6 1/4 pounds, but more importantly I fed my body nutritious foods in the right quantity every day and have been pretty consistent about working some physical activity into my schedule. My extra activity increased from 99 calories burned to 173 calories burned daily on average between the 1st & 2nd week. This week's activity goal is to maintain that activity level and focus on consistency. I suffer from fibromyalgia and arthritis so I don't want to push myself to increase things too quickly and end up giving up because of the pain and fatigue. I feel so much better and have a lot more energy already.
