I've been eating paleo (again) since Sunday and I've already dropped a few pounds. I've only ever lost weight AND felt better/healthy when eating paleo. My problem with is is, once I start to feel good again, I forget what made me sick and fat in the first place and I start eating grains again thinking I'm invincible. Then, I get sick and fat again and the cycle starts all over. Not this time. Note to self: remember why you're doing this and keep going!
