Dear knees; stop acting up

I turn 50 in July but my knees feel as if they are going through accelerated decrepitude. I'm taking the natural path toward healing. It's slower but it works. Note to self; try not to bang knees on hard objects.
Upper body weights, core exercises and light kettle bell if knees can take it. No walking for now unless absolutely necessary.
