Dear knees; stop acting up

I turn 50 in July but my knees feel as if they are going through accelerated decrepitude. I'm taking the natural path toward healing. It's slower but it works. Note to self; try not to bang knees on hard objects.
Upper body weights, core exercises and light kettle bell if knees can take it. No walking for now unless absolutely necessary.

    True story... I've had a wrecked knee since I was 13. Over the years scar tissue and occasional re-injury has deteriorated my knee to the point where I was always in pain, and beginning to worry about future mobility. Then I started eating ketogenically, and lo and behold, a year later... my knee is actually healing and improving... reduced scar tissue, greater range of motion, NO MORE PAIN. Might be worth looking into.
