Fare thee well

Tuesday, June 13, 2017

Goodbye folks, fare thee well. Yesterday, we got hung up in ElPaso, and I didn't have my computer with me, so I lost all of my streaks. I'm done, and can't do this any more, so I'm not going to even try any more. (By the way, in addition to constantly losing inches around my waist, apparently, I'm now losing so much fat, that in addition to losing another eight inches off my waist this month, I'm even losing weight too, at my Doctor's appointment today, I'm 8 pounds lighter, so it's NOT that I'm not making progress that I'm leaving, it's just the streak loss). I'm tired folks, and I'm not going to play the game anymore. I will continue to lose the inches, and now pounds at an accelerated rated rate, I just won't talk about it here anymore.

When I lost a great streak a few years ago it bummed me out too. But I rephrased it to x number of days out of x days because that's the important tally. You have been doing great. Do what works best for you. For some logging on keeps them mindful of their plan. For some it's not as important. Hoping you heal soon. Glad you got some better equipment to help you get around in the meantime. emoticon

Oh Brie, I feel so bad about that. Who cares about your streaks? Your health and progress are what is important here. That weight and fat loss is a primo coup`! Gettin' fit and svelte! I will really miss you if you leave completely.
I get frustrated too, when I lose something, but it is across the board with a pc. I have lost my streaks whenever I am sick or leave town. I just keep tracking and blogging, need the support and accountability, chart of my progress.
