New week ahead :-)

I finished my 1st week back with nutrition tracked every day and within calorie ranges. The tool really helps a lot. Just raising my awareness of what I was eating and my body's needs has led to a big improvement in the numbers between the beginning and the end of the week. Tonight is my 1st weigh-in. Hope to see results show up on the scale, but I am very happy just knowing I did a better job feeding my body for the past week. I even had some data for the fitness tracker during the week and that was an unexpected surprise. I didn't plan to get any exercise, but the spirit moved me and I went with it. :-)
