The scale isn't everything

This morning I weighed myself. Then I went back to bed for another hour, got up, used the toilet and had nothing to eat or drink and weighed myself again. I GAINED a half pound!
Just saying, don't beat yourself up if the scale goes up or not down enough. You feel better. Your clothes fit better. You are getting compliments.... Keep up the effort and you shall be rewarded.
