I just got back from an Alaskan vacation on Princess cruises. I had a blast!I took a break from Sparkpeople and tracking daily food and exercise. I did not gain any weight! So happy! I watched my portions and tried to eat healthy except I had a small dessert every day! I did not overeat or binge on foods because on a cruise you can eat as much as you want! I will post some pictures when I get a chance!
