Spring 2017 5% Challenge End Success

What I loved about taking part in the challenge is that every day I spent time thinking about healthy habits and I was surrounded by people who were committed to doing the same.
I've said it before but it bears repeating. This is the last time that I am going to lose weight. So I am focusing on real things. Changing my perception about food, eating real food, exercising and building successful habits. I am practicing these all daily. I think the biggest gift that this has given me, is a shift in attitude. If I made a bad choice, practiced a bad habit, or skipped a walk I did not see it as a complete failure. I saw it as one bad choice and got right back on track.
The Spring 2017 5% Challenge began on April 8 and ended on June 3.
I lost 13.4 pounds, and my BMI dropped 2.5%
I lost 8 inches of me (total) with the biggest drop being 5 inches from my waistline.

I can't wait to see what new things I learn.
