HAVE FUN and get a strong workout at the same time.

It is really EASY to exercise AND have fun at the same time. It may not be normal exercise, as is done in a gym, or weight room, but it can be a ton of fun, and also burn quite a bit of fat as well. The FIRST thing that you need to do, is find something, that causes you to either "go Aerobic" for about an hour, or requires you to lift a useful amount of weight for a steady amount of time. The "fun" comes in, when it is something that you love to do. One of the things that my wife and I LOVE to do, (And we may be the only people here that enjoy this), is that we love to shoot in competition. Today, our Cowboy Action Shooting Club has a 3 1/2 hour shooting match. TEESTER2 and I volunteered to set / reset targets, and retrieve spent brass shells for the other competitors, for the length of the entire match. This involved jogging out the 50 yards to the steel targets, resetting them, and jogging back, after every competitor finished their stage. It also involved quickly bending over, and picking up the spent shell casings (50 to 80 per competitor per stage, three stages), and delivering to them at the unloading table. We had an ABSOLUTE BALL, and BELIEVE ME, at the end of the match, in strong sunlight, and 94 degree temperatures, it was quite a workout.
