happy for little things

Self care is key to my recovery from obstacles in my life; namely depression and trauma related issues. Eager to recommit to making positive lifestyle changes including losing weight for my overall health and well being and for the positive impact it would have on my emotional issues. Have a husband and a wonderful little girl who keep me centered on what's really important, creating family centered time and being present for all of the little things that life can bring; joy of a little girl's spirit, gratitude for a great marriage and all of the life happenings that bring comfort and peace. Willing to take risks and make friends who are like minded and eager to make changes in recovery. Just content tonight, glad it's Friday and hopeful for the future.
