100 Day Challenge Results

I'm kind of embarrassed to end post my final results of this challenge. Instead of losing weight I actually gained. I was 280 and now 278. Even thou I exercised I was not on point with he nutrition. I own up to my failed challenge, but it will not be my last. I'm now training for my race in June. Many setbacks over the past weeks, but I'm only going to look forward, and keep pushing. Fitwithin

    Whenever I entered a challenge I noticed that I gained instead of losing. I decided to stop challenges because of that and not wanting to consistently let my team mates down. The point of being here at all was for me to lose weight, not necessarily enter challenges. There are other ways to stay motivated.

    Well, you lost two lbs.! That's something. Getting a lot of exercise for 100 days have got to be good for something.
