    Definitely something like reading or watching a show or youtube videos, especially if they're WL or fitness videos

    Read a book, craft...
    I find any activity that won't allow me to handle food at the same time, i.e. a very clean or very dirty activity e.g. gardening works well in two ways, or even three - distracting, exercising, excluding food...
