getting back on track....

well i've been through a crazy month at work and i let that deter me from doing my routines and such. i haven't had much time to post any meals or workouts. (not that they were that great)
so i got back in my mindset and (hold back the laughs) i got up earlier than normal and went to the gym before i went to work. i am far from being the morning person so this is hard on me, but i've gone 2 days in a row now. : ) and actually it feels good when i get home so late not to have to worry about going to work out. its like wow my day is done. NICE!
