WHY I still SP and BLC

I've been on Sparkpeople since 2010. I was in the morbidly obese range, unhealthy, and looked at people like they were crazy for the exercise they do...
Now, I am one of those CRAZY people.. and I don't think I'm crazy at all. I feel healthy, have a lot more energy, and work at being a good role model to my family and my health students.

Being here on sparkpeople has helped me stay accountable to myself. I've found support, motivation, and encouragement to reach my goals. I'm also a part of the BLC (Biggest Loser Challenge) here on SP. I'm now in the healthy range for my BMI.. not perfect, but I'm a work in progress on this journey.
