Get it? you can't eat Taco Bueno everyday and expect to reach your fitness/health goals. What are you willing to give up to reach that goal you have set?
Are you willing to get up an hour earlier everyday to get in a workout before you head off to work? Are you willing to give up your expensive, calorie laden, daily coffee binge to reduce your caloric intake and then to apply the money you save toward gym fees? If you are still making excuses; I can't afford it. 'diet food' is boring. You're not ready and you will not succeed. Wait until you are done chasing instant gratification and then begin your weight loss/fitness journey. When you are mentally ready, you will be successful in whatever you choose to do.
