So i started April off good then it went rocky. i have been losing and gaining the same 5ish pounds back and forth. So last week i got the flyer for simply filling thru weight watchers it is where you eat whole foods and fat free sugar free foods like with milk you can have fat free pink cap milk and with cereal you can have anything that has less then a gram of sugar and more then 3 grams of fiber. Anyways you eat approved foods on the list till you are full. this scared me at first because i was like yea right this is not going to work. well i did it this last week and i was down 8.8 pounds are you freaking kidding me. Also being down 8.8 pounds is awesome but i also started "aunt flow" this week to.... So i am down at total of 10.4 pounds
