Back on track!

Lost a total of nine pounds so far and it feels so good. I'm also back on my war against sodium. Trying to keep it under the recommended 2400 a day is hard but I'm slowly relearning what to eat and how to eat it. I'm trying out new recipes I've never tried before and eaten things I never thought I'd like.

I've found out I like:
Salmon
Tilapia
Cream of wheat
blackberries
yellow peppers
orange peppers

Wow wow wow.
