Back to work!

Well I've been on vacation for 12 days now. It was a fluke that we got all of it off for holidays &the way the schedule works (it's complicated). I've loved being off (who wouldn't? Lol). Since I've been off my fiancé has taken the car I normally drive to work cause it's better on gas than his big ol' truck he normally drives. Which means I'm stuck at the house all day most days (not that I'm complaining). It's so nice not having to do anything but eat, sleep, shower, cook, and clean lol. But it has taken a toll on my weight loss. This will be the first week since I started in January I have seen no weight loss. I have basically been snacking(not necessarily bad choices I think, just not very nutritional choices) instead of cooking meals like i used to & prepping everything for the week. This has caused a bit of a weight gain, because I have also been sleeping a lot. So as much as I hate to say it, I'm ready to go back to work. Not necessarily for the actual work(even though it's very physical, so in my head I count it as a bit of exercise depending the difficulty of the day) but for the schedule. It helps me not only eat at the same times every day, but it also makes sure I get in my nutrition cause I split it all up into adequate meals (planning out all my macros and calories and such). So now it's time to quit being a lazy couch potato and get into that kitchen and prep some meals for the next few days! #backtothegrind I hope everyone had a blessed day and best wishes on everyone's journey!!!!
