I'm a junk food and sweet fan and I'm ruining everything now because there are too many leftover sweets from the holiday. Ohhh Chocolate...my love!
One year ago I stopped my diet after Easter thanks to the sweets and it took me till February, just 2 months ago to get back on track. Now I'm afraid I'm going to stop. My health can't afford to wait another year. I must lose this weight!
Help me get back my motivation! It seems if I stay completely away from sweets, I don't want them. I know what I have to do, I know how to do it, I just NEED to do it. When I get like this I don't even want to exercise either.
