So today was my cheat day and I just ate whatever I wanted and that meant two cupcakes, four sandwiches, four servings of peanut butter puffs cereal, a fricking protein bar, mac and cheese, stuffing, three pieces of white bread with peanut butter, and just no thought to fruits or veggies at all.
Not sure this is how I want to do cheat days honestly because as familiar as all that seemed it had ZERO amount of comforting effect on me. Just none. I'm still going through some kind of weird depressive episode and now I'm vaguely concerned about the harm I've already done because this was my NORMAL diet for decades.
