I'm finding out I get most of my food based sodium from bread, so I'm going to have to start making better bread choices. With that in mind, I found an article that I want to share:

Here's the short version, for my own future reference:
1. Partially hydrogenated oils
2. Potassium bromate
3. Azodicarbonamide
4. DATEM
5. Artificial colors
Additional: •bleached flour, •enriched flours instead of whole grain flours
