Week 5 Summary

Wooo half way mark!
This week was met with ups and downs. I consistently worked out and stuck to 5 days of cardio. Really proud of myself for that. I faltered a bit with my nutrition over the weekend. That is likely to blame for my lack of weight loss for the week. I weighed in at the exact same weight as last week!...even down to the decimal haha. I am thankful though that I did not gain anything back. I was bummed about it initially but Matt was really supportive and said maybe I just gained muscle. Wouldn't that be nice :)
I've decided not to beat myself up over it anyways because a new week starts now.I am still on track to meet my goal of losing 25 lbs overall for the challenge. So I can't complain :)
