I'm an evening snacker and I'm trying to figure out how to break that habit. Does anyone else have this problem? How do you prevent snacking?

    Yeah, I used to be a big snacker. Then I cut back on snacks. Then I swapped for healthier snacks.
    But, it still wasn't good, as long as I got started, I'd get the urge to keep going.
    I finally just cut out snacks all together. It was a habit... now not snacking is a habit.

    When ever I get that craving I drink some water. It helps me and after a while it gets easier.
